My content is stuck, what do I do?

Couple of things. If you just unlocked the app, and content still shows locked, first, please confirm the transaction went through successfully by checking your purchase history:

For iOS purchase history: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088
For Android purchase history: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2850369?hl=en

If you can confirm the purchase or the content is just stuck or locked, then, please try going to CONTENT and pull to refresh. This will re-load the metadata and often fixes such issues.

If that doesn't work, please try to delete the app entirely and re-download it. Once you've done this, you'll need to re-unlock any purchases you made. Simply go to SETTINGS > RESTORE PURCHASES.
